Birmingham Capital Advisors has applied the requisite resources to develop an investment strategy in which investors may capitalize upon the current distressed real estate opportunities through Birmingham Capital Advisors Real Estate Opportunity Fund I.  The Fund primarily invests in commercial real estate mortgage loans made available by the temporary displacement of the capital markets.  Utilizing the real estate operational, financial and legal expertise of Birmingham Capital Advisors, the Fund acquires discounted loans secured by assets in the Mid-Atlantic region for which it can actively mitigate risks and realize value.
